New memberships are requested through the company access request form; members sign in at Member sign-in.

Eurabelt operates in the United Kingdom, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago and South Africa. Enquiries from governments, national oil companies and intergovernmental bodies are handled by a dedicated custodian contact.

2. Complaints procedure

  1. Raise it. Write to stats@eurabeltfuels.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. Include your account, organisation (if any) and the details of your complaint.
  2. Acknowledgement. We acknowledge within 5 working days and give you a reference number.
  3. Response. We send a full written response within 30 days. If the matter is complex, we tell you why more time is needed and when to expect our response.
  4. Escalation. If you are not satisfied, you may ask for a review by a director not involved in the original decision.
  5. Data protection complaints may also be made to a supervisory authority (see the Privacy Notice).
