Coverage: Nigeria: landed costs in the United States of Bonny Light, Forcados and Qua Iboe crude (EIA monthly; EIA withholds some months to protect confidential company data). The Central Bank of Nigeria's Bonny Light price is not shown until reuse terms are confirmed in writing. South Africa: average retail prices of diesel, paraffin and LPG, national and by province (Statistics South Africa, CPI average prices). International benchmark: South African export coal, f.o.b. Richards Bay (IMF and World Bank) — an export price, not a domestic fuel price. The regulated petrol and diesel prices set by the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources are not shown: its website terms exclude use for commercial gain, so written permission has been requested.
